When you apply for a job through Reppr, all information voluntarily submitted may be stored on our Site, but also may become part of the third party company’s database. The use of such information by the employer will be subject to the privacy policy of that company, and we are not responsible for that company’s use of your information. We do not sell our users' Personal Information to anyone for any reason. Reppr may disclose user Personal Information:
(i) with third party companies upon application to that company’s job posting, or with email or telephone consent from said user;
(ii) when necessary in compliance with the law, law enforcement, or to ensure the safety of Reppr or its users;

4. Account “Profile” Information

You have the ability to update, edit, or delete your account at any time, however, you cannot edit or delete any information previously submitted to a third party company. If you edit your Personal Information, and then reapply for a job posting, that company will be able to see your previous submission. Please allow up to twenty days for your account deletion request.

5. Anonymous Information

IP addresses are briefly logged but discarded within a short period of time. No anonymous information that may be received from visitors is used in any of our work, promotions, or research. These logged files are not connected to a subscriber's personally identifiable information.

6. Cookies

Reppr uses cookies to identify your browser as you visit pages on the Reppr site. The cookies are used to present dynamic content so that you are not presented with identical content on every visit. No information from the cookies is used in any of our work, promotions or research. None of the cookies used by Reppr are connected to your personal information. We may use a third-party tracking service that uses cookies or log files to track non-personally identifiable information about visitors to our site in the aggregate (usage, volume statistics and referrals) to monitor the traffic flow and provide targeted service referrals.

Your Reppr account is password-protected so that onlyyou, Third Party Companies to which you’ve applied, and authorized Reppr staff have access to your account information. In order to maintain this protection, do not give your password to anyone. If someone who represents to you they are Reppr staff and asks for any personal account information, including password, check their URL. If it doesn’t say they are using a Reppr.com address, they are not Reppr representatives. Also, if you share a computer, you should sign out of your Reppr account and close the browser window before someone else logs on. This will help protect your information entered on public terminals from disclosure to third parties.
Reppr makes every effort to ensure that your information is secure on its system by backing up data in separate back up drives and uses public key access encryption and firewalls on both our main and backup servers. We also employ and customer record managers to protect against loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Extremely sensitive information, like credit card numbers, is always transmitted in encrypted form. Only certain authorized Reppr staff can access Personal Information, and then only if it is relevant to their job duties. Reppr has staff dedicated to maintaining this Privacy Policy and other privacy initiatives, periodically reviewing security and making sure that every Reppr employee is aware of our security practices. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100%
